Hi All,

Came into work this morning and our customview Director isnt connecting anymore.

I have checked the ip address and there ok.

Unfortunately we have no "Expert" onsite so i was hoping someone would be able to give me a list of things to check?

Any help is appriciated?

PS were using version 8.0.2 i think and all other features appear to be working fine.

Are you seeing an error in the activity log showing max connections? If so, you are exceeding the licenses for real time connections. If you get the error but don't have that many machines connected, there may be 'hung' connections that are still using the license.

A support rep can either kill those hung connections or restart the sm_server task to clear the connections.
