Director MX movie to html only works on my PC?

Hi everyone...
I know this should be simple, but I just can't get it to work.

After I publish my Director MX project to make it into a website, I can only get to run on my pc.
Other pc's report an error about an animated gif error, files missing or that do not exist, and additions missing from the Xtra's Folder. ?

I've tried putting everything that I've created in the Xtra's folder (under program files\..director mx\..\Xtras.
"You know... last resort kind of thing. "

Am I going insane here? Please can someone help me and tell me where I'm going wrong.

Probably your Shockwave movie is missing Xtras. You have to include “Animated GIF Asset” Xtra in order to view animated GIFs, for example.

Go to menu bar: Modify > Movie > Xtras… then choose Xtras you need to include with “Download if Needed” option selected.
