Director Error. Any ideas?

A communications error has occurred while attempting to
access the supported network protocols. I get this when ever I try to Inventory, run file transfer, etc....

Anyone have any ideas. This is a brand new build. I rebuilt it because I was getting this error and now it is back. Version 4.20.2
