Hello everybody,

Just a quick question, I used to know the answer to this but I have lost some of my older documentation owing to a systems change at work. I cannot for the life of me remember how you pick up a specific CO line on an IP-LDK 300 system. The particular system I'm looking at has 4 analogue lines in an aux group. I know there's a simple series of buttons or feature code you can press in order to directly select line 1, line 2 etc without having to press CO line keys on a handset but I can't remember how to do it. I've trawled the manual and the web but strangely I can't see anything about it, potentially because I'm not searching on quite the correct terminology.

If somebody could please jog my memory that would be great!

Thanks!

Hi Dave,

I believe the coding is 88xxx, so to select from a SLT or DKT - CO Line 10 88010 etc.,

Cheers, Matt

Hi Matt, thanks very much for that. I've been advised by the end user that their issue has been resolved by their line provider so I don't need to get them to try this any more, but I will retain the information for future reference.

Cheers,

Dave
