Direction on creating this type of Flash Animation?

All,

I'm looking for a tutorial or something that can help a relatively non-Flash user to get something like the heading of the following two sites built.

http://www.golfgalaxy.com/galaxy/default.asp?s_id=0

On this site there are buttons for 1-4 to navigate to a different ad.

http://www.marykay.com/

On this site they use thumbnails and a hover stop so you could actually look at the ad.

I tried using Google to find what I was looking for, but I'm not even really sure what to call these headers.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You can use a decompiler on that first link's .swf, and modify the .fla to your liking...
