I want to be able to direct any mail that doesn't have a mailbox or user found for it to a specific user. . . like if someone sends mail to unknownuser@mydomain.com . . . exchange doesn't find a mailbox for unknownuser. . .how do I get it to send it to a specific user to handle.

Thanks

I think what you are asking is this;

You are wanting to send a copy of the NDR's to a specific address. In which case you open the exchange system manager, goto the administrative group, then to the servers and to the protocols. If you right click on the default SMTP server (assuming you are using SMTP) and goto properties, under the messages tab you can select an address to send the NDR's to.

Hope that helps.
