I have a customer with an option 11 and I’m trying to figure out how their incoming calls over a PRI are being directed. They have 2 routes built on the PRI...route 0 with 18 trunks and route 4 with 6 members.
Trunks in route 0 have atdn 6500 the pilot of voicemail and route 4 trunks have atdn 2999 which is a hunt group
They have 2 different published numbers and when each is called they go to the correct route. So my question is how do these numbers select the correct route? They aren’t using IDC tables. I’m new to the Nortel so excuse me if this is an obvious question
Thanks in advance

It sounds like you have an agreement with the carrier to route your numbers down two specific trunk groups and you are just auto terminating them to the numbers you mention. So answer is the carriers doing it.
