Directed Recover Error

Dear all,

I am getting "Logon Failure:unknown user name or bad password" error.

I add the client name to ...\res\servers and I add
the following users to remote access field.

domainname/username
administrators@*
legato@*

Need your urgent help....

You are obviously not using the right login account (username & password in the client setup). Remember - you only need to specify this for clients that do not have a system or root account (like Netware clients) and for filer clients (Netapp).

Remote users are for recoveries only - this would not help for a backup.
