Hello:

I have a Mitel 3300 on a SIP line. I was wondering if the 3300 was capable of handling inbound calls differently depending on where they come from - for example, calls from a particular area code would ring at one extension, while calls from another area code would ring at a different extension... If so, how is this done?

Thanks,
Jim

It would need external applications to handle the call. e.g. Nupoint, CCM IVR

The 3300 does not do this natively

I don't think nupoint can do ani routing, needs to be PF IVR

jpruder - Although I havent tried, I'm confident I saw ANI routing in Call Flows

I believe it is called Caller-ID Filter in NuPoint.
