[DirectDraw] post the buffer of pixel

I succeeded has to post the buffer of pixel but I have a problem with the zoom
when the zoom is < 1 the quality of the image leaves has to wish I do not know how to make veiled the method of the zoom which I have to adopt; I narrowed the size of my rectangle destination it goes with Direct3D but with DDraw that does not go that gives a quality of image not satisfactory
help me PLEASE!!
 
I think you can use directshow.
it is very simple when you use directshow to display a bitmap file.

you just change the window size, and the bitmap size will change too.
