My computer recognizes that I have installed the standard PCI Graphics Adapter (VGA). I have received error messages stating that DirectDraw is unable to work with the current display driver.

How do I correct this problem for Windows '98se?

Your graphics adapter has to be able to do it...you have a PCI video card?
Its documentation (track it down online if you have none) will tell you.

thanks very much for your quick response, but it would help me out very much if I could get some idea of exactly what I should do.

i.e. some examples of the step-by-step procedure. For instance if you had the same problem & what you did to correct.

Thanks...
