DIRECTDB.DLL Error in Outlook Express Windows ME

Everytime I attampt to delete an email in Outlook Express I receive the following error:

Msimn has caused an error in DIRECTDB.DLL. Msimn will now close.

If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.

However, I am able to send and receive emails.

PLease advise.

I think I fixed the problem. I simply deleted the delete.dbx file.
