Direct Voicemail Transfer 1

Recently a larger customer of mine was purchased by a corporation and had to have a norstar put in. I do not service it but I'm trying to help them with some of the easier MAC orders. That being said please excuse the stupid question I am about to ask.

How do you transfer a caller directly to a voice mailbox without ringing the extension. I looked through one of the user guides but didn't see anything on that. Thanks in advance for any help.

after feature 9 8 6 you have to dial the mailbox number do not use the autodial button.

Jerry is rite it must be the mailbox number not the extension. they could have a different mailbox number then their extension. example at our office due to changes over the years my extension is 222 but my mailbox number is 230. good luck
