Direct Voice Mail

When I dial a user's extension it goes directely into voice mail. Is there a way to manually delete this feature with a code. I already have a direct vm button on the phone but that is not working.

might want to try to forward the ext back to it's self. possibly it got forwarded to vm?

or, maybe the coverage options are set to go directly to vm.
