Direct Voice Mail Not working anymore

We have a Legend 7 with a Reparte Voice mail. All of the sudden our feature to transfer directly to voice mail has stop working. I even tried the F56 and no luck. As soon as we enter the extension we want to transfer the call to, we get a wave off tone. The call doesn't even make it to the voice mail. The voice mail lines are working fine. If you call an extension and the user doesn't answer, the call gets directed to the correct voice mail box, and every thing else is working fine.

I am not sure what else to check.

Any suggestions.

Check to see if your extensions that you are trying to transfer to are in the VM coverage group..usually it is either 1 or 30. To find the coverage group..it would be system program-->exit or start-->extensions-->more-->group coverage--> either 1 or 30--> press inspect to see if they are there. If not..add them in. Remember that an extension can only belong to one coverage group.

Or that the voice mail calling group is still the receiver for the voice mail coverage group.

The extensions are on the VM coverage grooup.

How do I check if the VM calling group is still the receiver for the voice mail coverage group?

That would be under extensions--group calling--group cover--enter the voicemail group number--press inspect to see which group is in there....

I verified this and it didn't have any group. I added group 1 since that is our group. But still, I am getting the same thing. As soon as we are done entering the extension we get the wave off tone.

Any more suggestions?
