Direct Voice Calls not working on 6905

Hi Gents,

MiVB 9.1 (9.1.0.92)
6905 Firmware 01.05.02.024

Have you tried Direct Voice Calls to 6905?. Not working for me. When I call from another set to the 6905 it says Not Allowed.

The 6905 has the same COS as for a 6940 which successfully accepts Direct Voice Calls.

Feature-phone Matrix says Directed Voice Calls is supported on all 69 series phones.

Any comments before I raise a ticket to the support guys?

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Thank you Billz66,I had not noticed that, I went straight to the Feature Matrix which says it is supported on all 69 sets.
