Direct transfer to voicemail box

We have just upgraded to MM5 form Audix LX.

We used to have a nested Auto-Attendant that would send the call directly to the persons mailbox.

I can get a caller app to dial the persons extension, but it doesn't go directly into their mailbox, the desired outcome.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'd try a Caller App with the action type as Menu and the Menu options as Menu with mailbox.
