Direct Transfer to Voice-mail on Avaya 9611G.

We use Avaya 9611G desk phones in my office and I want to be able to transfer incoming calls directly to other colleagues' voice mail. YouTube and Google haven't provided any help. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

While active on a call, press the envelope button you normally press to retrieve your own messages. You will be prompted to enter your colleague's extension number, then press the Select soft button to confirm.

Or you can create a short code, #XXX / Voicemail Collect / "#"N / 0 where the number of X's equals your extension length. Then transfer the call to # and your colleague's extension number
