Direct transfer Issue. CUCM 9.0

We just recently started having issues with our Direct Transfer to VM. If you hit Transfer + ext + transfer...the call rings and works perfect...it even rolls to VM after NA.

But if we try to use a CTI route point to go directly to VM it doesn't work anymore.

Transfer + *EXT + Transfer sends the caller on hold...but they never get transferd in VM. The EXT who transferred the call drops off normally...but the call gets dropped after about 20 seconds of dead air.


Any ideas?
 
What happens if you call the CTI route point directly, does it go through?
 
yes it does. Goes straight into VM. If done from my phone...it knows to ask for my password. If I call a different ext it asks to leave a message.
