Hi Team,
In H323 stations, if extensions are called and these are unregistered, caller will hear a zip tone and voicemail prompt will answer. Users wanted to check if this zip tone can be removed.
In SIP stations, regardless if the extension is registered or not, it will still follow the coverage path rule (which has 3 rings before it routes to voicemail) - users wanted calls to route to voicemail when unregistered but not sure where to play around with this.
