Direct to VM x-fer from Remote office - plays external greeting

Is this short code setup incorrectly for dropping a call directly into a VM box from a remote office? Right now I can press # followed by extension number and the call will go to the proper VM box, however the external greeting is played. The customer would like the internal greeting to play instead.

Here is a sample short code for user "Joe Smith"

Short Code: #150
Tel. #: "#JoeS"
Line Group: 200
Feature: VoicemailCollect
