Hi there! I'm trying to design a website for my boss and he's just told me that he would like a facility where, when orders were sent in, they would automatically print from a dedicated printer.

What I THINK he means is for orders to come by email, via an order form page and then be directy printed without anyone accessing the mail package. Personally, I think this is pretty dangerous, but can anyone tell me if it's possible?

NT4 server, IIS V4

Thanx,

Mike

Yes you can do this, but you will need to write an additional application (in VB) that accesses the mailbox, and prints out any mail you want to print out...
You can set it up to run, and poll the mailbox every x minutes... Peter Van Eeckhoutte
