Hi everyone,

Hope you could help me. Here is my situation, we are using KX-TES824BX, Maintenance Console V3.001 Model BX/SU installed on Windows 7, accessing the PBX via USB, with 4 Tel. Lines (CO1 to C04). Going in Maintenance Console under CO->Incoming/Outgoing->Outgoing Call, Extension 25 is checked under Day for CO Line Number 1 and 2. My question is how do I activate Extension 25 to dial Outgoing CO Line using 9/81/82? When I dialed 9/81/82 I got a busy tone. Please find attached our config file for analysis. Thanks.

the only thing I can see is you have force account code on this extension, theaccount code needs to be entered within 5 seconds of dialing 9 or it will return busy tone

Thanks obtsystems, it worked!

I hope you can still manage to answer my one question. Using the same setup (config file attached above, Line Preference-Outgoing are No Line) they can used to dial number 9 to access CO line then dial a Tel. No. but now they cant. They need to dial 81/82 to access CO line. Not sure if I accidentally changed something, any thoughts about it?

I will still continue to test all Extensions that was able to do that. Maybe during the time I tested it, all lines are busy.

Thanks again.

-Halo

I cant see anything to stop 9 being used on last config, maybe you changed auto access in line settings or changed operator 0/ line 9 in number settings

Unfortunately, for some reason our extensions doesn't able to use 9 for automatic access line. Any idea?
