I have a IP office 8.1 (73) at office A and remote IP phones over VPN's at office B and Office C. I was told to turn off DMP because customer is having problems with incoming and outgoing calls (static, echo, dropped calls, reports of one way audio)phone carrier has replaced equipment and undergone testing and said there are no known issues with their PRI circuit. internal calls seem to work well with every now and then they say there was bad connection possibly due to network traffic. In this scenerio what should i do with DMP?

DMP only solves IP routing problems, it does not have impact on the IP traffic itself.
If voice and data traverse over the same link and you suffer from bad audio then there is no QoS implemented or there is not enough bandwith.
The QoS is a network configuration and the bandwith is a money thing. Play around with different Codecs like the G729 or even G723 to see if it has impact.
