I have an Avaya partner rel.6 with a partner Voice Messaging PC Card, Release 3. I have phone line that is only supposed to go to a specific extension and if that person does not answer, her voicemail for that extension should pick it up. So far I can get the phone to ring but her voice mail never picks it up and neither does the AA which is fine because I don't want the AA to pick up this line. Help!!!! Thanks.
