I have a customer with phone number going directly to his line. When he is on the phone of course the caller gets a busy signal. I considered setting up a group, giving it voice mail and making him the sole member. Sounded like a good idea but the manual (for ACS v. 1.0) says "If a Hunt Group that has outside lines assigned receives an outside call and all memebers of that Hunt Grpoup are busy... the callers hear ringing, which continues until the call is answered." This is not good news.
I've seen posts re: v. 5. Would a software upgrade help me out? Is there a method I can implement here without an upgrade?

Are you saying that when they call that number it's busy? then do as wspence posted, If you have Partner mail R3 or above you can have a call to a busy hunt group go to a Hunt Group Mail box.
