Direct dialing from MS Outlook

Hi experts!

On my BC9 SP R6/0 we have dialog 3212 and dialog 3213 sets in use.
Is it possible to dial direct from the Windows Microsoft Outlook Programm when hitting a telefon number in the "Contacts" section ?

You can also install a CT adaptor to your telephone / Pc and install the TAPI drivers that come with the CT adaptor.

last week i tried to install the terminal adapter (ZAT505120/1R3B)and the TAPI drivers but it didn't work

now our local ericsson support told me windows xp isn't supportet

Is it known and can you confirm, that CT-Adapter with D4-Phones does not work for CTI-Usage?

It seems to be, that CT-Adapter is only supported for OWS. But do you have an installation with OWS and D4-Phone? And if so, all D4-Phones from DBC4220 to DBC4225 will work?
