Dear Friends

I am experiencing some problem regarding with my OPENSCAPE XPRESSIONS V7 connected to OPESNCAPE 4000 V7.

The expression is connected through ISDN.

Whenever I try to call my ISDN trunks which is routed to XPRESSIONS. Getting the greeting message of Auto Attendant .

Then dial a station (which is 4 digit) there's an instances that the number that I dialed is not being processed.

The call is disconnecting and if i route for operator for invalid number is going to operator .

But not to dialed extension number.

Any one can please help me to resolve this issue.

The system is OS4K V7

Plateform V7.0 R2.23.3
Assistant V7.0 R2.20.0
RMX V7.0 R2.23.25

Was it working before and now it's not, or is this a new setup?

Hi donb01

Thanks for your response, and this is a new setup

voicemail is working fine

Auto attendant is having issue

the DID number is 1100

Tested internally by dialling 1100 the fuctions are working fine

while dialing from external 3571100 the above said issue arises.

Admittedly I know little on the subject, but let me throw this out there for consideration....

Assuming your calls are coming in on "trunks" and your connection to Expressions is ISDN "trunks", be sure you have the "TTT" parameter checked in whatever COS you have assigned to both of those kinds of trunks. My assumption, which may not be correct, is that you have an incoming call on a trunk which is being transferred to another trunk, so the trunk to trunk transfer has to be enabled. A regular call to voicemail internally is not coming in on a trunk, and if it is an external incoming call it might theoretically be possible that the phone transferring the call to voicemail might not be considered a direct trunk to trunk transfer and might not be affected by that.

Like I said - just throwing in my $0.02 in case it leads you in another direction. It could possibly be some other COS parameter as well...

Dear donb01

the said parameter (TTT)is activated in COT.
May be this issue is resolved by updating the LW of the DIUN2 card .
I just want to confirm if any member of this forum faced this issue and will get the solution.

Regards

I'm a newbie in XPR but you should have this config :

AMO TWABE will be used for direct call to Xpression access numbers
ADD-TWABE:STNO=357,LEN=7;

Where 357 (TIE code to XPR, max. 3), 7 is total length of the number (TIE code + length of the direct access number 1100)
It should be noted that TWABE has no DPLN groups.
The usage of block dial feature might be used as alternative solution to AMO TWABE.

Make sure that 1100 has CPS 6.
