Direct Dial rings to 4 phones then goes to voicemail 1

If I've setup an ACD direct dial (we won't have a phone installed), is there a way to have it ring to a group of people before going to voicemail? I'm new at this and not sure how to program it in...

if you mean ring a group at the same time before going to mail, they would all need the same extn number. if they're Aries/Taurus sets, you could program an MCR key on each of the sets.
if you don't need them all to ring at the same time you could use a hunt chain or hunt group

We're using model 3903 phones, so I think you're right in that the MCR key is what I should use.

If you have time, can you tell me how to program a hunt chain or group?

for hunt chain you would set the acd ncfw to the 1st extn. this would have HUNT = next extn cls hta & depending on how many dn keys, like scr, you may want to use LHK. next phone has the following phone against HUNT etct etc.

for group hunt you need to set up a ght list in ld 18 & add a pilot number to that ght list in ld57
