Hopefully I'm not overlooking a step:
Have provider remove the CO line from hunt group. The most simple thing is to pick the last line within the hunt group. Then within SPM:
1. Remove the line appearance from operator console.
2. Remove line from pool [Lines/Trunks], [Pools], (usually 70), delete the line number from pool.
3. Assign the line to an extension as principal user [Lines/Trunks], [PrncipalUsr]. The line should then ring direct, and only to, the extension.
