Direct Dial from IVR Caller ID (CID Name Prefix)

When a caller reaches my IVR and then dials direct digits to dial an extension, the default CLID shows up on the ringing telephone.

For example, I was able to manipulate CLID to read

6384 JOHN SMITH
713334565666

but when a user reaches the IVR and just direct dials an extension as 44601, the display shows:

JOHN SMITH 3334565666

Where can I manipulate the direct dial from IVR inbound CLID information to read exactly as the first entry above?

To clarify.....I was able to manipulate the CLID to read

6384 JOHN SMITH
713334565666

when a caller chooses a direct IVR prompt such as 1,2,3,4 but I am baffled at how to get the direct dial to and extension read out the same way.

"Basically I need to add a prompt that says, "'if you know your parties extension, please dial it now."
