Direct Agent Calling Coverage

We want to associate our agent's Intuity voice mail boxes with their agent ID's instead of their station because our folks move around alot. We want to be able to have "off ACD" callers leave messages without disturbing the agents, especially while logged on to the ACD. I have the coverage path for the agents set to send ALL calls to coverage.

It works, except that the agents get a momentary zip tone in their ear when calls are going to coverage, and it is confusing to them. It sounds like the zip tone for a normal ACD call, and they are expecting to get a call delivered to their phone.

Does anyone know of a way to disable the zip tone for the calls going to coverage?
