Hi,

To use one VM for several different users, I forward users to a NAME TAG hunt group. This particular hunt group has no member and a VM declared, calls of the hunt group are always routed to VM.
It works !

Is there a way to light a key and/or a lamp on one or several users so they know they received a message ?

Depending on your answers I may use embedded VM or NU POINT

Regards

Now, it's about French users too !!!

I know you can set up an MWI key for either a prime or a non-prime broadcast on an available key at a multi-line set. Just go to the Multiline Set Key Assignment for the desired ML set, program the key as a Message Waiting Indication, with the DN of the desired MB extension. Note, if you have a mailbox that is programmed with an extension number that differs from the MB number, you need to program the associated extension number for the MWI key.

you need to create a Keyline Appearance or Phantom extension to front end the hunt group.

Route the above to the huntgroup on an always condition.

Subsequent forwarding to VM will integrate with the original dialed digits.

MSW keys can then be associated with the Keyline.

Caution: I've heard tell of nametag huntgroups interfering with voicemail integration but have not experienced it myself.

Hi,

Thanks but It seems I can't supervise if the hunt group has messages.
The system says that the number is defined elsewhere.

:-(

Please read my post again.

You need to change the DN of the existing huntgroup to something else. Then create a Keyline with the original number.

I do this all the time, no problems.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer KWBMITEL, but I wrote my last answer before I receiving yours...

It works, BUT, when I press the assiated key, I'm sent to the phantom set (not the hunt group) VM...I need to press star to listen the correct VM....

I need I'll just need to record an announce of that set syaing "please press star"...

I guess I gonna check with MITEL if HUNT interfers with voicemail integration as you think.

Thansk you.

I've never had the issue you describe with integration.

Try using a voice hunt group instead of nametag.
