Diplay Multiple Resources in Calendar View

Is it possible to diplay multiple resouces in Calendar view? I have jobs\crews that are very fluid in that a field installer can be assigned to different jobs on a day to day basis.

Crews can be made up of any where from one to twenty individuals and scheduling needs to be able to view things in Calendar view and see who is working where at a glance.

MS Project 2000 - I could upgrade to 2002 if that would help.

The Calendar view shows tasks. Even if you could trick it to show resources, I'd caution you against it because it will only show as many line items as will fill a box, and then the rest go to an overflow page. Not very easy to use (or rely upon the information.)

There are reports that give the info I think you want -

The "Who Does What When" lists resource & assignments.(Go to View, Reports, Assignments)

The "Task Usage" lists tasks and resources assigned to the tasks. (Go to View, Reports, Workload) There is also a Resource Usage report located there whic shows resources & their tasks. (very similar to Who does what When).

If the reports above aren't quite what you want, go to the Reports, Custom button, then select the report you want to customize, and then the Copy button. This will give you a copy of that report as your base; give it a new name and then change items such as the timescale - if you want to see the detail in weeks or days, etc. You can also set Row & Column totals, select other data for the detail (for example, Cost information).
