Dip Switch settings on a DDP2 card for option 81

HI Guys

Can't remember dip switch settings for this card as its been years since I looked at one. Cant remember if I need to set the address on them so some help would be appreciated. The card will occupy loop 8/9 connect to a msdl card & be used for euro/esgf. Can't think of anything else to add.

cheers for the doc but that covers the AA variant I need the AD. It seems they've changed the dip switch numbers around
