Dimension Errors

I am getting an error when I try to browse the data past the (All) level member. The error that I am getting is:

Unable to retrieve children: Member with the UniqueName [Time].[All Time] not found.

I have checked and the All Level is enabled. I have also found that this is the case on all dimensions in all of the cubes in all of the databases that exist. From this I am assuming that this is a problem with Analysis Services but I have not been able to figure it out yet and have found no documentation about the error to lead me in the right direction.
