We have a call center customer who has developed a problem we can't solve. This customer has single line sets and a T-1. About 120 days ago they started not being able to complete calls. It has been random; both extension and time of day. Most of the time they can complete the call, 20% of the time they can't. The T-1 provider put a digit grabber on the T at the central office and "sometimes" could only see 9 digits being sent. We have replaced the 016 cards and the processor, with no change in symptoms. We are at a loss. Any ideas? Does anyone know how to using the montioring portion of the magix software? Thanks in advance.

Can you post a print of the DS1 configuration?

When calls don't go thru what does the station user hear? Fast busy? Nothing? Wrong numbers?

Are you getting any alarms in the error log in the Magix? Please post a print.

Have you tried to do a TTR test from a single line set. The monitor part of the software is complex and wouldn't be worth trying without experience. You may find a bad TTR or two which would explain why it doesn't happen all the time. TTR's are used cyclically in a system.

We can tell you how to test your Touch Tone Receivers, once we know how many you have.

Can you do a PRINT of the SYSTEM SET UP and post that?
