Hi All,

I have a Mitel 3300 CX Controller on version 6

We have just moved them from ISDN30 over to SIP Channels, we have outgoing and incoming calls working.

The problem I have is when a Mitel handset dials out, if their ddi is 0191 523xxxx when they call out (lets say to a mobile) the mobile receives 052 3 xxxx

so we are missing 0191 and its inserting 0 before 523xxxx

DDI Ranges are configured
- DDI Range 2001, 2002 (extension numbers)
- CPN Substitution 0191523xxxx

There was no problem with this when the client used ISDN30, they have ported the same numbers across to the SIP provider and they are not restricting CLI on outgoing calls.

Any help would be great, thank you

so the call progresses but the number displayed is incorrect ?

did you assign the cpn sub pattern to the sip peer?

does ccs trace or sip tail on display whats being sent

if they display correct information then i would say its the carrier

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

If you are using BT for SIP they assign a 05x number as the main outgoing CLI. Whereas when you had ISDN you would have had a 0191x number as the main outgoing CLI (Also called main billing number in BT's world)

As per Billz66 you need to correctly program you're CPN to send out the correct CLI.
