Digits duplicated while dialing extension numbers

CS1000M Rel6

Caller dials main number and is answered by a Call Pilot AA Application. Then dials extension... Most of the time the caller is transferred correctly but other times (1/10) is transferred to the wrong extension.

Ex. Dialed 6236, sent to 6223
5325, sent to 3325
5273, sent to 5527

All calls are received via 1 of 5 NI2 PRI's.

Thoughts of what all should be considered as the potential cause?
 
If you have no problem dialing the App internal then you have a vendor issue, you have to remember once that call is terminated in CP all your information going into CP is DTMF from the channel

Along the lines of what perry is saying maybe when you have slow call volume you can test each channel on the Call Pilot for any issue.
 
Thanks for the reply. Im in the prosess of testing each Call Pilot channel.

What on the CS1000 end translates the dtmf tones from the carrier? PRI card, conf/tds???
