Digits changed/routing problem

I have a customer with PRI that has been working fine, when suddently DID digits 562 start ringing ext. 566 intermittently. Telco has confirmed with digit sniffer that 562 is being rec'd by the Magix. Replaced the processor. No change. Defaulted the system and started reprogramming from scratch. Even before completing the reprogramming, exts try to page on overhead paging and instead page over the phones. There is nothing in the routing tables to change the digits on 562.

Any help would be appreciated.

PS. I have been working this remotely with a tech on-site so I don't have software vers.

Intermittently" suggests a touchtone receiver problem. There are ways to test which TTR may be failing.

If this is happening continuously, perform a station printout of 562 and see if call forwarding plays a part.

Also, do these calls ring at 562 as well as 566? Or is it a "one or the other" type thing?
