Crazy issue with Target Line programing. Our Carrier is sending us 4 digits with DID numbers. I have 4 digits programmed in the BCM. The problem is whenever I configure a target line and enter in the last 4 digits of a phone number that begins with 9 it will not save it. Giving me an error message " 9727 is not a valid option for a public number" . Can someone tell me if there is a wildcard character or a work around for this. Thanks so much

i encountered that problem before, digit 9 is defaulted on outside access code thats the reason why you cant put that, try using 3 digit if it works ,if not you have to change your outside line access code.
