Hi there, are there any digital wireless telephones (similar to a Nortel T7406 series Wireless handset) that will work with a Partner ACS system?

Your options are as follows:

Find a cordless headset that works like a single line set and connect it to the aux port of the Partner ACS (Plantronics CT14 as an example), Get a better cordless headset with a handset lifter (as I said in the other forum I like the CS540 with a headset lifter), or use a corded headset with the Partner 1-touch base unit which will allow for 1-touch pickup and hangup without a lifter but it doesn't work with wireless headset.

Last option would be get a cordless phone (single line cordless) that has a headset input and use that as a unit.

Hey Telecomboy,

I appreciate your help on here and the IP Office Forum! I will run these suggestions past the client asking for this solution.

So there aren't any wireless digital multi-line cordless telephone handsets that will work on the Partner?

Thanks again,

Joe

Yes. The Avaya 3920 is a multi-line cordless telephone that works with the Partner. They are getting harder to find these days though as they are not manufactured anymore.
