Digital Voice Recorders

My boss wants a digital voice recorder for transcription.
We are looking at the Olympus DS-330 and some of the Sony models that use memory stick.

Anybody have any personal experience with these units in general?

Here is what we need:
- at least 3 hours of high quality recording time.
- ability to download to p.c. via usb.
- unit that gets rid of background noise.
- very easy for boss to use.
