Digital Trunks DTI2 go into LOCKOUT state

This is usually from telco.
Try bouncing them and see if they com back normal.
If it is DTI as opposed to PRI, you can try removing the RJ45 from the smart jack and putting a loopback on it. Your T's should come back up completely green and idle. If that is the case then it is definitely a problem farther out (In other words TELCO).
