Digital Super Hybrid System td816 Kx-T7436 phones don't ring

We have a small office that was setup years ago and has seven phones with four lines. Problem is that three of those phones were set up not to ring when calls come in. The line lights flash, but no ring. Now people sit at those seats and need to hear the phones ring. How do I set them to ring on all incoming calls?
