Digital signing

does anyone know the executable command to stop windows XP constantly checking files for digital signatures.
From memory you can run this file contained in the windows directory, and it stops the problem with slow scrolling.. see post Finally found fix for slow browsing but need help'.

Erm, i think from memory i managed this through a registry edit, cant remember where abouts the key or string was located though.

wahoooo found it..

acsignopt.exe

this basically validates the digital signiture of a file every time its scanned, turn this off and it will solve the slow scrolling problem.
