Digital signatures in Notes R5

Hi,

Can anyone give me a (non technical) view on what is involved in implementing digital signatures within Notes R5?

I am making the assumption that we will need to get digital certificates from a certification authority and that these will take effect when "signing" mail.

Any idea how much the certificates cost?
