Digital Signature error in 4.0

I have a user who is trying to use the digital signature in 4.0 when she clicks on that button she gets the following error(she was speaking pretty quickly so this is not verbatim)
Digital signature plug-in...document sign in credentials
User profile
find profile(if she chooses this it gives her Acroform/Movie/All/Stamp/Table/VDK Home)
User signature
Any ideas?
