Digital Polycom Soundstation 2 config 1

Does anyone have the TN configuration for a digital polycom in an Option 11?
I have made one before, and remember it was setup as a 2008 with hands free,,,,but it wont work.

Any help would be great.

Conference and Transfer – M2616 Model , using key number position 3 for Conference and key number position 6 for Transfer.
