For a typical system with 22, 24, or 26 AWG standard twisted-pair cable, the requirements translate to the following allowable loops:

• up to 915 m (3000 ft) of 22 or 24 AWG cable
• up to 640 m (2100 ft) of 26 AWG cable

Your mileage may vary:

You can use 2 pairs, 1 for Tip, another for Ring

Thanks for you info.....will pass on to management?????

Thanks

I make 2xxx series phones work by adding power at the remote end.
I have not tried the 39xx series phones
I'm talking about 3800 ft on 24ga copper.
